Building a Scalable Onboarding & Adoption Model for Enterprise Product Launches

Context

A complex new SaaS capability required readiness across both internal teams and enterprise customers. A high-touch, live-training-only approach was difficult to scale and produced inconsistent readiness.

Discovery

Worked with Product and UX stakeholders to understand workflows, technical requirements, user behaviors, risks, and customer needs before designing enablement.

Audience segmentation

Rather than one generic program, audiences were separated into personas:

  • Technical Administrators
  • End Users
  • Sales
  • Support / Implementation

Learning architecture

Built a modular ecosystem rather than a single live-training track:

  • Self-paced learning
  • Instructor-led sessions
  • Hands-on labs
  • Realistic workflows
  • Reference documentation
  • Reusable learning components

Internal readiness, then customer rollout

Enabled customer-facing internal teams before customer rollout, then supported enterprise customers through onboarding and adoption, using engagement, learner feedback, completion data, and operational signals to refine the program.

Outcomes

  • Created a reusable persona-based onboarding framework
  • Reduced dependence on one-size-fits-all live delivery
  • Improved consistency across internal and customer-facing enablement
  • Created reusable learning assets that could support future product releases
  • Used learner feedback and operational signals to refine future enablement

Skills Demonstrated

  • Product Launches
  • Audience Segmentation
  • Persona-Based Enablement
  • Learning Architecture
  • Stakeholder Management
